{"id":665,"date":"2025-07-15T09:23:00","date_gmt":"2025-07-15T09:23:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/amurasolutions.com\/?p=665"},"modified":"2026-08-18T09:26:39","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T09:26:39","slug":"we-participate-in-a-pioneering-eu-project-to-create-an-interoperable-data-space-in-port-operations","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/amurasolutions.com\/index.php\/en\/2025\/07\/15\/we-participate-in-a-pioneering-eu-project-to-create-an-interoperable-data-space-in-port-operations\/","title":{"rendered":"We participate in a pioneering EU project to create an interoperable data space in port operations"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Hiades Business Patterns S.L.<\/strong>\u00a0Technology company specializing in solutions\u00a0through its platform<strong>\u00a0\u2018AMURA Smartport Ecosystem Solutions<\/strong>\u2018,\u00a0spearhead of an innovative project funded by the European Union\u00a0 to create an interoperable data space that will transform the management of maritime-port operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The project, framed in the\u00a0<strong>Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR) and financed with NextGenerationEU funds<\/strong>, aims to develop a sectoral data ecosystem that improves coordination between logistics actors, increases operational efficiency and promotes environmental sustainability in one of Spain&#8217;s busiest maritime corridors: \u00a0Valencia-Baleares-Barcelona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Advanced Technology for Smart Ports<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The proposed solution consists of a distributed digital platform\u00a0based on event-oriented architecture (EDA) that will integrate key systems such as:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigation data (AIS, VTS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Port systems (PMS, TOS).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>IoT sensors and meteorological data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>&lt;&lt;We are creating a real-time maritime-port data space that will be applied\u00a0<strong>AI and big data<\/strong>\u00a0to optimize processes and generate substantial savings>><\/em>, explains\u00a0<strong>Airam Rodr\u00edguez, Advisory Board Member of AMURA.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The system will also allow the exchange of information in real time between logistics operators, port authorities and technical services, establishing a collaborative and traceable environment that will increase operational reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In parallel, advanced tools for planning optimised routes \u2013 called &#8216;green routes&#8217; \u2013 will be incorporated to help meet European objectives in terms of\u00a0<strong>decarbonization and sustainability.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All of this is part of a global context where more than \u00a090\u202f% of international trade is carried out by sea, with forecasts pointing to a growth of more than \u00a0800\u202f% in the volume of operations by 2050.
