We are in luck. Our startup SEAPort Solutions has been selected for the second phase of the accelerator Climate Kic. EIT Climate-KIC Spain is the representation in Spain of the European initiative EIT Climate-KIC, Europe’s largest public-private partnership that addresses climate change through innovation to build a carbon-neutral economy.
The Spanish program for accelerating companies EIT Climate-KIC It has selected 17 start-ups in the second call in 2020, an extraordinary call that has aimed to seek and support those start-ups that propose a climate innovation product or service that generates a high impact in the fight against global warming.
Companies that move to phase II have access to a program that will be developed between the months of September and December 2020, with a financing of up to €15,000. With a well-formulated business model, they will talk to potential customers to validate their business assumptions and be able to solve problems with real customers and at the same time develop the business plan. The program will be supported by experts, coaches and mentors during Boot Camps, workshops and other activities.
SEAPort Solutions has made a proposal where they are offered comprehensive solutions adapted to the particular needs of each port to automatically send and receive information relating to the port call process, increasing efficiency and minimizing downtime (anchoring, delays, etc.) and unnecessary energy consumption.
