We are delighted to announce that our startup, SEAPort Solutions, with its PAULA project, has been selected as one of the nine companies awarded funding under the PUERTOS 4.0 programme, in the Commercial Projects category.
PAULA (Platform for AUtomatically LinKing Agents) is the result of R&D&I projects developed by the consortium comprising Fundación Valenciaport, Infoport and HIADES. It is a pioneering tool in the maritime and port sector that facilitates data exchange between all the stakeholders involved in vessel port calls through the latest IALA S-211 international standard.
The platform can be adapted to the specific characteristics and operational requirements of each port. Thanks to this innovative software, port authorities and operators can improve the efficiency of port-call processes, helping to reduce vessels’ average time in port and, consequently, enhance overall port efficiency.
